Mr. Wade gives his personal supervision to every client project. He has been appraising commercial real estate since 2004. Mr. Wade’s background includes a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Studies from the University of Colorado at Boulder. He has experience appraising virtually all types of real estate including vacant land, single-family dwellings, multi-family dwellings, apartments, retail buildings, shopping centers, office buildings, and various types of industrial properties.

As a State-Certified General Real Estate Appraiser and a member of the Appraisal Institute, Mr. Wade has met rigorous educational and experience requirements and is bound by the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) as well as the Appraisal Institute’s Code of Professional Ethics and Standards of Professional Practice. He has served on the Metro New Jersey Chapter of the Appraisal Institute’s Board of Directors from 2011 to 2014. He has also served as chair of the Chapter’s Candidate Guidance Committee.

Mr. Wade has been certified as an expert witness in front of the New Jersey State Superior Court, the United States Federal Bankruptcy Court, and in front of several court-appointed condemnation commissions. Mr. Wade has also served as a commissioner in eminent domain proceedings in Middlesex County.
